    Default  Proactive Mac Program Help

    With this:
    http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc..._Computer.html
taking a voyage to my home after I get paid on monday I'm on the lookout for suggestions for programs to make my transition to mac happen as fluidly as possible.

So here's programs I'll need mac versions of:

Torrents - I use utorrent now.
Simple Image Viewing/Minor Editing (crop, contrast, sharpen etc) - I use Irfanview now
    Watching avi's - I use WMP now

I'm sure there will be more.

Simple Image Viewing/Minor Editing (crop, contrast, sharpen etc) - photoshop bitch, don't be lazy, for just viewing it comes with "preview"
    Watching avi's - VLC

also, check out VMware, it lets you run windows as a program basically. You can then install any of your current windows programs inside of it if you're stuck on something. Oh, and dude, please use the affiliate link.

    Thanks dudes!
I suppose I'll be more apt to use PS for the small stuff when it takes less than a minute to open.

I'll definitely use the affiliate link.

Saving $200 in sales tax and $35 in "recycling" fees ftw! Eat it CA!

And the fact that they have my favorite Ansel image as a possible background is wonderful, too.
