After thinking about it, technically speaking I think it would the the LOWEST composite score, but I think everyone gets the idea...

My understanding is that the "overall" award will go to the person who did the best work overall (highest average score/lowest average rank). I'm not sure as to whether or not individual category winners are excluded from the "overall" category. That way, if someone came in 2nd place in all 4 categories, but each category had a different winner, the second place person would still win something on the basis of their overall effort.

It makes sense as long as the 5th winner is the highest ranked non-winner in the Overall category.
