    nice, that's most of the reason why I bought a monopod BTW... not as tall, but similar idea. I wonder how much weight that 24' pole can hold? That's be rad out on the boat.....

    my camera weighs a lot, Id definitely want something sturdier.

    I've got one of those poles for painting my 2nd floor from the ground. It's strong enough for a P&S but it's pretty unruly when you get it all the way up there.
