I got the 17-85IS as a walk-around lens, then decided to avoid further EF-S lenses for when I get a FF camera. Then I bought the 17-40L as an investment in some quality glass for this future camera.
Then I bought the 10-22 EF-S. Yeah, I don't make a lot of sense.

This lens was my first purchase and very uninformed one at that. It performs alright in only the sunniest environments. It's not a bad lens, it's just not what I really need.

I did the same thing, only on a used, older version of that lens that uses push/pull zoom. I recently replaced it with a Sigma 70-200 2.8. I love it!
I've tried to unload the old one on ebay a couple times, with no luck. I can't give that thing away...

Tokina 28-70 2.8 (on long term loan to a friend who may buy it)

So far I have;
Canon 50 1.8 - Its been a great little lens to mess around with.
Canon 135L - What needs to be said about this lens? Probably Canon's sharpest lens (with the 85L being right behind it)
Canon 300L - Great lens with IS. Would like to have some more reach, but I can settle with the 300 for now.
I want to pickup these to make my collection complete;
Canon 400L f/2.8
24-70L or 17-55 IS as I'm beginning to shoot weddings.
Sigma 12-24 (until canon makes the 10-22 in something other then EF-S)
