Default  The cell phone pictures thread

I can't be the only one who constantly sees something they want to take a picture of but all you have is your cell phone, so let's see your cell phone pictures in this thread.

These are from well before I had a camera, and when cell phone camera technology was rather pathetic:
    Hawaii sunset:

Coolest car I saw while in Hawaii:

View from the top of Mt. Haleakala:

    Jumping a friend's Olds 442:

    Some cool muscle cars:

Cobra (replica? Was in a very wealthy area, could go either way):

    A crappy license plate:

I have a lot more but I'll let some other people share theirs first

I guess the fact that half the dock is MISSING wasn't enough, so, they had to put up a sign.

I will actually double a few pictures on my phone so that I can carry them with me to show people.. I guess for me the cell phone has become the new wallet... (..and if you look here, you can see a picture of my beautiful racecar..")

That being said, I snapped this one at one of my SeatTime Track Days last year at Roebling Road:

That's full resolution from my phone, as large as it gets. That's why my real camera pretty much goes with me everywhere.

This was when I was searching around an XTi. Keep in mind that the average price in US was $650, and as of recent, the Canadian dollar is on par.

Yeah the hotel I stayed at Hôtel du XIXe Siècle
when I have gone (I haven't been the last two years and doesn't look good this year) I would basically reserve the room the day I check out for the next years F1 race.

During college and after me and a few buddies would go up every year for the F1 race. Awesome, awesome weekend. We used to stay at the McGill University dorms for the weekend for super cheap and party like crazy. We went around 5 or 6 times, miss those days. Gotta get up there again soon.

So there's this guy I work with that is basically the company bitch, but I mean that in the nicest way because he is the one who gets to drive all the cars and go put gas in them and run them to wherever they need to go.

One day he asks if I wanted to go with him to take the Murcielago to the gas station with him. And of course I said yes. We get in the car, go screaming down the street, come to the first stop light and the car stalls and wouldn't start back up again. So here were are pushing this really expensive car over to the side of a busy road while everyone is watching us as they drive. I am laughing hysterically because how often can you say you got to push a Lamborghini Murcielago?

Anyway, it was a Friday so we had a meeting at noon and we called one of the other guys to bring a truck and jump the car and to give me a ride back to the office. I'm back at the office, in the meeting and here comes my co-worker saying the car never turned over and that they pushed it ALL the way to the entrance of our office but couldn't get it into the driveway because there is an incline.

It took EVERY man in the company to push the V-12 monster up into the driveway. All of us woman were just watching and laughing. Even the owner was pushing the car!

Ha ha, I guess so! Going up the driveway incline with a rear engine car was like next to impossible apparently. I mean, look how much they are leaning into it!

    Default  Cellphone Pics...

Don't know if someone's done this already, but I've been out in California on business the past week or so without a camera, so I've been shooting with my iPhone. It's certainly challenging, but I've gotten some alright stuff. All of these were run through an app installed on the phone called "CameraBag":

    Good idea for a thread!

All of my photos are uploaded to my Flickr gallery, or to TwitPic -- in fact, that's what I use it for. They're all unprocessed.
