I just signed up for it for my site and put the code in place. They verify once a day so I won't know if it's actually working til tomorrow but it sounds awfully cool/useful.

Never used that but used to use statcounter it is free and really pulls a ton of data.

Yeah, I used to use statcounter too but it was only 100 hits or something. This is also free.

This looks WAY more in-depth and works for all your traffic. Plus, it's google so it's going to work better. They just seem to get **** right.

And I just added it for here on the forum, we'll see if I placed it right tomorrow, but it's on the blog, and I have it working on BenJacobsen.com and AwesomeRoadTrips.com. BenJacobsenPhoto.com is not working right though... I have a script on the index, but it's gotten no reports.

I don't really want to know anything, just curious if others use it. Seems like a pretty cool tool. I'm looking forward to seeing where my traffic comes from...

nope, just pasted into the headers (or maybe footers?) for my blogs. I don't think there was a plugin when I put it in there.

I think I'm waiting for 2.5 and I'll wait until they have it's first revision as it's sure to have issues when they release it anyway.

Well just did the update and decided to put mine in the footer after all.

Can you see the actual thread links? I'd like to see the actual threads people come from... it just says "http://newschoolofphotography.com/forum/showthread.php" for every one of them... obviously, that's the NSoP one...

i just put it up on my page also....i like the wordpress plugin more though, so far.

it's interesting that some things will show up in one and not the other for me.

For example, on awesomeroadtrips.com, I have this in the plugin:

I've been using it about a month and a half on Smugmug, neat to see where some of the traffice comes from.

I got a visitor to my site from Yosemite National Park. I don't really think my photos compare to the real thing, but someone does!

I love all the stats that they pull in, though. It really appeals to my nerdiness.
