What I want to do is set up a Blog, but allow users to create an account and upload photos that will dump to a folder on the server.
Anyone know how to do this?

Actually, I was thinking about my lake superior idea at the time I posted this. I am an idiot.

Wordpress 2.5 and nextgen.93 allows you to assign privileges to users. So do a 2.5 blog, allow new registrations, and setup nexgen right. It will work. weather or not your users will be able to figure it out is another question. I think you can do this in WP w/o nexgen as well, but I saw the nexgen privileges today, so I know it's possible there too now.
