Looking at heading up to Portland Head Light on the the 16th, if anyone else has that day off, and would like to join me, let me know. Looking at leaving my place at about 3am to be up there by civil twilight at 6:09 am, and sunrise at 6:38 am. It is a 3 hour, 1 minute trip by mapblast. Weather will be the deciding factor for me though. Will start looking real hard at the 5 day in the next day or so. Was gonna go this morning, but all the forecasts had it foggy or raining or some crap. So **** You Weatherman! It looked really nice at my place, which had essentially the same forecast!

If you are local, you could meet me at my place at about 2:30, or we can meet along the way. I am taking 395 to 495 to 95N up to Portland, so if anyone is interested, post up a place we could meet, or if you just want to meet at the lighthouse that is cool too.

Not sure yet. May take a detour up to the White Mountains on the way back.

Man, this sounds like a great time [especially with the mtn detour], but I can't justify it with the amount of writing I have to get done before the end of next week. Bummer.

Weather on NOAA looks good so far. Partly Cloudy on Sunday Night, Partly Cloudy on Monday!!! Sweet! Hope it doesn't change to much.
