Default  Fort Wetherill (Jamestown) RI - 4/5/2009 (SUNDAY!)

I'm out 3/28 as I'll be on a bus to Kmart that morning. Not sure how I feel about switching for Sunday, but I've been having a BLAST doing these so lets get the ball rolling in terms of setting up the next meet.

Also, WHERE should we go? I wouldn't mind doing the north end of Narragansett beach one morning:
    http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sour...=16&iwloc=addr

a sample from a sunSET there:

Either of the next two Sundays work for me. I'll be in Salem on 4/3-4/4 for a marsh conference.

While I like the north end of Narragansett in theory, I'm not sure how happy I'd be with it. I'm a whore for foreground interest, and there just isn't much there.

    What about Ft. Wetherill?
    Specifically:

The amount of climbing is pretty dependent on the tide, but there's paths through the woods. Either of those beaches are pretty nice.

    Some sunset digital art:

I want to get back here for a sunrise. Done plenty of sunset work here, but never sunrise. Also Black Point again. Lot left there to explore. Lets take a break this coming Saturday, but look at the week after, or whenever that works for everyone.

I'm going to a show Friday night at the palladium in Worcester, and also Saturday night near the same place.

Sunday might just have to be a day of rest, not waking up early.

So I think I have one or two model shoots after the sunrise that morning in the Newport area. If anyone is interested in learning a little bit about portraiture, let me know. I cant promise youll be able to shoot, but I dont mind a tag along or two if you want to learn some stuff.

I used to know that place like the back of my hand BTW, I grew up on the west passage with a dinghy.

also, the sakonett light was also doing the same 2 weeks ago?

    ugh.

So I've been trying to get Nikki to go away with me to VT. It was supposed to be alone for my Bday, but that didn't work out... But now her friend (who I emailed on facebook to set this up) asked her and they're both thinking this weekend... Problem is the next weekend is Easter so we have to be here, then the weekend after is the boston marathon which her friend is running.....

so this weekend is basically it for the next 2 weekends.

I'm thinking if she'll let me go to Jay and Ski super early sunday morning (since I/we will be driving up there anyway just to finally see it) I'll go to VT, but otherwise I'll pull for the sunrise session.
