The map shows you where to park to access Hazard road in Narragansett RI. It's a public access and parking is free year round, but there are a limited number of spaces so show up early to beat the fisherman or roll the dice for sunset. The walk down to the water is hazardous (there's even a sign that says it!) so be careful, and watch for glass/rocks as you walk down there as I've seen some broken bottles in the past.
