    Default  Boda Bag.

The other lens bag I was looking at.

I like how its weather sealed, would be great for recreational photo trips and such. Looks more protective than the shoot sac, but much bulkier. Ill also be playing with one of these over the weekend and will report back.

Yeah, a little bulky but still functional. I was looking at REI this weekend trying to find something DIY to do like Dan.

I played with one a bit yesterday, I didnt care for it to much. A little to bulky for my taste.

^ yea, but its tall and open. Great for teles, but if you have some smaller lens, you would have to stack them and they would do nothing but roll and bounce around and off each other.

    bump!

    the v3 is coming out.
    $160 preorder, $195 normally.

the bitch is they have ONE shot of the thing and it's just a frontal shot so you can't really see what they changed (the front flap is shorter!!! ):

I should email them and ask if I can get a discount for "helping" and being a previous customer?

not sure w/o seeing the new bag, but I sent ~5 emails to them (at their request) loaded with suggestions. They'd all be on the back/top though.

click the pic of the v3 then the controls are at the bottom.

    IMthinDOFmuch?

looks pretty nice. They actually fixed a few of the things I emailed them about (Yeah, I'm sure I had nothing to do with it but there were still issues I'd like fixed). The easiest to spot are the strap attachments (the old ones could and would come undone) and they added D rings all over it to tie/strap it to things. Actually, of my 5 suggestions they've done 3 (the didn't invert the top flap direction and the side pockets aren't removable).
