    Default  Losing weight with Photoshop

This first photo is the in-camera shot of my dog Max. The second photo has been modified using a single tool in Photoshop. Which tool did I use? Feel free to do better. But be kind to Max. He is a wonderful dog.

    2nd vote for liquify.

And if so, it's an expert use of the tool. I can't even tell anything's been done in the 2nd shot, at first glance I would dismiss it as abnormally long hair.

You guys are spot on. I used the Forward Warp Tool in the Liquify filter. It can be found under the Filter drop down menu, in CS2 or later (I think).
