Does anyone know of a way to change the EXIF timestamps for a whole bunch of images? While traveling, I forgot to reset the time zone on my camera, so most of my images have a time/date stamp that is 18 hours off.

I stumbled across some freeware/shareware utility awhile ago, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was.

Ways of doing it in Photoshop or Lightroom would work, too.
