Re: Your favorite Photoshop plugins? |
Disclaimer: I used to work for Extensis, before they sold off these products. The current developer is OnOneSoftware www.ononesoftware.com which still has some of the core Extensis team members at the helm.
So, call me biased... My favorite PS Plugin of all time is MaskPro. I had the pleasure of helping develop MaskPro and demoing it to convention groups. As the background wipes away from behind the fuzzy lion, jaws drop. As you reveal the newly created vector paths, a collective gasp his heard. A simply amazing product.
In addition to MaskPro is Intellihance Pro which makes your exposure mistakes correctable. and PhotoFrame which can instantly frame your photos. I was reading a framing / border tutorial earlier on this very forum that would be completely dismantled by any user of PhotoFrame.
Watch the demo movies on the website. Download the trial version.

Ok, are we ALL nasioc members here or what? I assume that was a lucky guess, cause I haven't mentioned the STi...Originally Posted by jacobsen1

Yes, most of us are NASIOC people, but that wasn't aimed at anyone.
I own a 2004 WRX. It's actually the first 2004 sold in the continental 48.
My 2002 was totaled so I waited for the 04s to see if I'd like them. I bought the WRX before the STi was available because I didn't have the money, so that had nothing to do with anyone else, but if I'd test driven one, I knew I would have bought it anyway.... So that's where that comment comes from.![]()

Who knows.
I just know SNE got them first, and I live in RI (where the SNE port is) and got the first one delivered in my state in March 2003. I was also the first person (besides the HI guys) on NASIOC with one. I still wish I'd gone with another bug eye though...

PS, Sorry for the thread hijack--though, in truth, I didn't start it...I'm only perpetuating it.

Yeah, that's what mine was:

I liked the new seats, and the new cluster, and the lack of an antenna on the roof. I also prefer the 04's ass. But I really wished I'd gone for another bug eye. I also wish I'd gone with white the second time around... and maybe a wagon... But yeah, it's been a good car, both of them have. I've got 98,5xx on it now after the 600 I added yesterday.
Nice Bokeh shot BTW.

Re: Your favorite Photoshop plugins? |
My biggest regret with that car was not getting a wagon--I had set out to get a wagon, but then found this MINT '02 with 17k on the clock in silver... 'twas too good to pass up. Ended up selling it though b/c it just wasn't practical (if I'd had the wagon, I'd probably still have it).Originally Posted by jacobsen1
The 08s are so butt-ugly the only Subie I'd buy now would be a Forester. The hatchbacks look OK, but very vanilla.
I am going to go start a thread in OT asking questions about MINIs, though, b/c I saw a sick dark silver one with anthracite OZs the other day....

Re: Your favorite Photoshop plugins? |
I got out of an outback when I got the WRX so I as anti wagon... Then when mine was totaled, I wanted the same thing, so I wouldn't regret the accident later... But yeah, a white 2002 white wagon is just about my dream WRX now. Although I personally like the new hatch but I love hatches. And yes, MINIs can be awesome if done right.
