I recently went to Martha's Vineyard with my wife and David (simmda00) for a weekend of photography. The weather was overcast the whole time, but I feel at times we benefited from it.
This was my first time shooting with a Digital SLR and post processing. I hope you like them!

Menemsha is a very cool old fishing village on the Northwest of Matha's Vineyard near Gay Head. The locals say it hasn't changed in over 50 years and I believe it. This is also the port where Chief Martin Brody, Sam Quint and Matt Hooper left to capture and kill Jaws. This portion of our weekend was hands down my favorite!

Great stuff man.. I really like the feel of all of them.

1 and 3 are my favs!

Maybe we can make a NSOP trip out here! That would be a ton of fun!

I've been to block cutty and martha's vineyard all by sailboat with my parents... Cutty is rad if you walk around to the south side, but there's nothing there for "fun". Martha's we only went to the marina in manemsha and the beach and in the salt pond, so I didn't see much of it. I'd also love to do the cape and or Nantucket at some point...

We should plan a weekend day where we all pile in a few cars and do the cape maybe? The islands are rad, but we'd need bikes or we'd need to all chip in to get the biggest vehicle there so we can cover some distance. but yeah, we should try to put something together.

Yes! We could all meet somewhere on the coast. There is you and me (obviously), then The Monster and MoLs are in or around San Fran I believe. I can't think of her name right now, but the lady that takes the sweet pics of the cars in So Cal. Not sure if there is anyone else, but we could meet somewhere on the coast!

I have family all over the bottom half of California & an office in San Luis Obispo I visit every so often, so I'd be down!
