Anyone been there before?

I'm heading down there next weekend (7/31-8/2). We're heading to Sequoia on friday to have a quick poke around. We're staying with a friend who works there friday night then heading to King's Canyon early on Saturday with a sunrise stop somewhere along the way. We'll be spending the night at one of the campgrounds in King's Canyon.

Any must-sees or must hikes?
