I think the only thing that wide is the new Sigma lens.

i checked on the 10mm for my xti. sigma lists it at $1000, but BH is selling it for $649.

the 4.5 will probably be right around $1000.

Hey, just wondering what your after here (one a couple levels)?

If you want to buy something used, this really should go in the for sale section. NBD, but worth mentioning. As for the FE, how wide do you need/want? I have a 15mm on FF so ~10mm for your body and it's crazy wide. Any wider and you get black corners when you shoot... What are you looking to shoot with it? If you want those corners, then OK, it's just worth mentioning.

Here's a few shots w/15mm on FF (equivalent to 10mm on your camera):

this is standing in the door frame with the entire thing in the frame!!!

shot at arms length still got my feet in the frame... wickedly wide!

think of how wide this really is... Driver's belt up to and including the entire visor... Very wide:

I'm not saying not to get a FE, hell no, I love mine. I'm just saying you may want to try some @ 10mm and some wider (or at least find shots online) to see the different effect.
    I own this joint!
    gear list.
yesterday is history, tomorrow a mystery, today is a gift, that's why it's called the present.

Ben, is your bathroom wall magnetic?

Oh man, you're making me want a full frame dSLR. I've always wanted full frame from the start; I hated the crop factor. But I don't plan on upgrading to full frame anytime soon unless prices drop dramatically.
