Default  Camera Bags! Should I mod my current or buy new?

i have a really nice Timbuk2 courier bag that i love and use almost daily to bring my lunch, headphones, etc to work with, but i'm debating whether or not to buy inserts and turn it into a full-time camera bag for my growing collection of equipment and accessories.

the bag itself is amazing, it's really comfortable, stylish and has the right pockets in the right places i just don't know if i want to lose it as my daily bag and make it my camera only vessel.

i love my tamrac express 6 bag, but it's WAY too small. here's a pic for reference:

and my courier bag i'm planning to convert:

so, what do you guys think? should i buy a new bag (something courier-ish) for $70-$80 or should i just convert my current courier with $50-$70 in inserts?

I've got that same timbuk2 I think, and I also like it a lot but don't quite want to convert it for camera use yet.

yeah, i'm trying to decide what to do, but i think i'm turning that lowepro messenger into a gear bag and just keeping the timbuk2 for everyday use, plus it's really nice to have on the moto in the summer time.
