    Default  USA or Imported?

I'm noticing on B&H they've got imported lenses that are cheaper. Which do you guys reccomend?

It looks like it won't really be too big of a deal to buy the imported one, as I'd just send it back to b&h rather than canon (from the description on the website).

Depends on the lens. I usually spring for the extra few $$$ for the USA version... Just look at the % difference and why save so little when it's so much easier if something's not right.?

I've never bought Imported (gray market), it's usually not enough saved. On the other hand, from what I've heard Canon isn't as picky and may service some imported gear. Other brands want nothing to do with their imported gear.
